If you are looking for a little family fun this weekend head on over to Downtown West Branch. The community merchants are offering a Fall Funfest that includes hayrack rides, pumpkin painting and some pre-holiday shopping in some of the county’s newest merchants. The highlight of the event will be their shop hop give away that include three grand prizes. The fun start on Friday night and continues all day Saturday. Then on Sunday Night there check out Tipton’s 2nd Annual ‘Trunk or Treat’ event scheduled for

North parking lot. This event is collaborated between the City of Tipton, Tipton Fire Auxiliary and Tipton Police Department. We ask all participants to arrive at the Fire Station parking lot at 2:00 p.m. to set up your trunk.There will be games, Gunny the Clown, face painting and goodies inside the Fire Station. An inflatable bouncy castle will be in the Fire Station parking lot. This is a family friendly event!This is how it works – the children will retrieve candy from the decorated trunks of parked vehicles. This is a great opportunity to promote your business or group and the only cost for being a participant is for candy and trunk decorations. Kid friendly costumes are also encouraged.
